Getting started
- 1. Create an Institution account and complete one-time KYC + Stripe Connect onboarding.
- 2. Upload a single REO or a portfolio CSV with pool summary.
- 3. Receive verified buyer offers through the Club's admin-relayed messaging.
- 4. Close through escrow on the platform — 7.77777% fee netted at funding.
